monday favorites

This week we start things slowly. We try not to rush things, we say no to "busy" and we disconnect ourselves from internet devices for an entire day. We take the necessary time to nourish ourselves, gently exercising our bodies and decluttering our minds with the help of meditation. We make peace with ourselves and we don't fight anymore. We make amends to stop the constant inner struggles: fighting with yourself regarding your career, your personal life and with all the things that make you go crazy from time to time. And so we stop, because we feel exhausted. Instead we take time to enjoy subtle light effects and to discover what a ripe avocado tastes exactly.
It's Summer, the air is hot, we eat matcha/chia ice cream and when we have time we take a quick nap on a Sunday afternoon to restore inner guidance, bringing calm and the necessary rest to your body. These are Monday favorites:
